Textilia is located in Botkyrka and is a well-established player in the industry. We have high professional pride and long experience in professional textile services. The majority of what is washed with us are textiles and work clothes that we own and rent out to hotels and restaurants in the Stockholm area.
The company has recently built a new factory and is in a phase of development. Today, we are about 60 employees who together create a safe, stable, and structured workplace. All employees are covered by collective agreements, and we place great emphasis on collaboration, quality, and responsibility in our daily work.
We are currently looking for more laundry workers with packing responsibility who want to be part of our production in Botkyrka. You will work in a team where everyone contributes to ensuring that our customers receive the right products, on time, and with the right quality.
As a laundry worker with packing responsibility, you will among other things:
Mainly work in our packing department where you sort, check, and pack textiles for delivery to customers.
Register and check orders in our system to ensure that deliveries are complete and correct.
Be responsible for ensuring that the quality of our products is high before they are sent out.
Collaborate with other departments in production to ensure an efficient workflow.
Assist at other stations within production as needed.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the correct textiles are packed and delivered according to the customer's order. You ensure that quality, order, and structure are followed in the packing process and that the work is carried out according to our routines. The role requires attention to detail, responsibility, and active collaboration with colleagues in production.
Desired profile:
You have the ability to work at a fast pace and thrive in a production environment.
You can use a computer to register and check orders.
You have good physical ability and can handle physically demanding work.
You can speak and understand Swedish.
We are looking for someone who:
Is engaged and meticulous, as quality and correct deliveries are crucial for our customers.
Is responsible, as you ensure that orders are complete.
Is collaborative, as the work is done in close cooperation with colleagues in various parts of production.
Is flexible and helpful, as tasks may vary throughout the day.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, as production is an important part of our customer promise.
It is a plus if you:
Have previous experience working in a factory, preferably in laundry.
Have worked with packing, logistics, or similar responsibilities before.
Live near our laundry in Alby, Botkyrka.
Other:
Start: Immediately.
Working hours: 07.00–16.00, Monday to Friday.
Location: Eriksberg, Botkyrka.
Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
